IMOBIX's key to delivering results and value to its customers is its team of industry professionals. Below are some of the key members of our team:

• Mario Rojas | Sr. Consultant

  Mario Rojas is a seasoned telecom professional with a very solid record of providing sales, marketing, and business development expertise to a number of global organizations.

  Most recently, Mr. Rojas was Head of Carrier Relations for the Digicel group, overseeing the international voice business for 26 operations across the Caribbean and Central America. Prior to joining Digicel, Mr. Rojas was the Regional Sales Manager for TATA Communications (formerly Teleglobe) in Latin America.

  With over 14 years of experience in the Telecommunications industry, Mario has held management positions in sales and operations with companies such as ITXC, RSL and Northern Telecom (Nortel). Mr. Rojas has an MBA from Florida International University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Florida.

• Marco Bianco | Consultant

  Marco Bianco is a Roaming Consultant at IMOBIX since June 2008. He has supported testing and network operations in the Latin America region for over 6 years as a Telecommunications Engineer with mobile operators in Argentina, Paraguay, and Uruguay.

• Richard Blackmore | Sr. Consultant

  Richard Blackmore is a senior industry professional with a detailed operational and strategic knowledge of roaming and wholesale operations. He has provided strategic consultancy services to the GSM Association and the Vodafone Group. Mr. Blackmore was formerly the Head of Roaming Projects and Programmes at Vodafone Group Services focusing on Marketing, Commercial, Strategy and Planning. He played an instrumental role in the operational planning and migration of roaming operations for the Vodafone Group under the new Vodafone Group Services as well as planning and implementation of the Vodafone roaming hub. He has supported IMOBIX in several strategic projects since 2010.

• Cesar Cabarcos | Sr. Consultant

  Cesar Cabarcos is a senior consultant with industry experience in GSMA Standards, Product Management, Roaming Operations, Roaming Financials, Business Development, Business Strategy and IT Outsourcing. He has more than 8 years of senior project management and implementation experience with companies including Nucleo S.A. (Personal), PNUD, IBM and MACH Americas supporting their regional and global operations. During his tenure at IBM Paraguay he was responsible for Strategic Marketing and Activity planning for IBM Global Services and was also appointed as Delivery Project Executive for the PWC IT Outsourcing LATAM project. Through leveraging his diverse technical and commercial background he has created unique business processes and methodologies related to OSS Billing Roaming Operations and settlement in order to support the implementation of Billing platforms, roaming hubs, network extensions, NRTRDE, and RAEX services.

• Travia Stewart | Sr. Consultant

  Travia Stewart is an international roaming professional with 10 years telecoms experience within customer care, international roaming and mobile vendor solution sales.

  Her roaming career started with Digicel Group Limited where she supported operations in the English-speaking Caribbean, Central America and South America. She was instrumental in the set-up of Digicel Pacific's roaming operations in the South Pacific nations of Papua New Guinea, Tonga, Vanuatu and Fiji. As Senior Roaming Coordinator in for Digicel Pacific, she led the team to launch commercially with 110 roaming partners within 4 months of the launch of the network.

  Travia comes with a wealth of experience in roaming coordination training, roaming contract management and overall roaming project management especially in greenfield operations.
