In 2005, Southern X Solutions was founded as a consulting company to provide roaming outsourcing and strategic consulting services. Indigo International was founded to focus on the Latin American market and provide industry professionals from the regional market for projects outside the region.
In 2006, Southern X Solutions (re-branded as Mobile X Solutions), and Indigo International joined under the new brand name IMOBIX™ and widened their footprint worldwide. 
The new name reflects the company's direction and establishment as a leading provider of services and solutions for the international mobile industry. Our commitment towards providing our customers with the highest quality mobile solutions and resources will remain unchanged.
